The Church’s Divisive Color Line:
An Introductory Look at the Biggest Challenge for the Multicultural Church in America

This paper was written for the class Research Literature and Technology. This is an address to fundamental biblical truths regarding race relations with a focus on the America church's lingering traces of discrimination.

Mentorship Application Project

This paper was written for the class Motivation, Teams, Coaching, and Mentoring. This is a suggested mentoring program for a teenage girl either new to her faith or wrestling with her place as a young woman. It addresses life topics and works through the book Captivating by John and Stasi Eldredge. 

Biblical Philosophy of Leadership

This paper was written for the class Biblical Servant Leadership. It addresses how leadership is defined and its characteristics according to the Word of God. The paper also includes a personal application of these principles. 

Leadership Observation Principles Paper

This paper was written for the class Biblical Servant Leadership. This paper explores various leadership principles we can learn from the lives of Moses, David, Nehemiah, Jesus, and Paul.

Personal/Professional Ethos and Vision and Mission Statement and Core Values

This paper was written for the class Organization Communication, Conflict Resolution, & Negotiation. This reveals my personal mission, vision, and values in regard to my life and leadership both personally and professionally. 

Conflict within the American Borders: A Glance at Systemic Racism

This paper was written for the class Organization Communication, Conflict Resolution, & Negotiation. A study on America's internal, and often unacknowledged, conflict and some potential solutions to begin making progress toward the end of systemic racism.

Integrated Plan for Spiritual Formation

This paper was written for the class Spiritual Formation. Through personal and theological examinations as well as an applicational glance of spiritual formation active in an organization, this paper seeks to explore the basics of spiritual formation and what it can mean for the future of the church.
